Hi, I’m Joëlle—relationship coach, author, artist, and guide.
I help individuals and couples create deeply connected, authentic, and resilient relationships—by learning how to stay present with themselves and one another when it matters most.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth:
Intimacy is an art form.
And like any art, it requires skill, courage, practice, and care.
Through coaching, expressive arts/intentional creativity, and immersive experiential work, I support people in navigating the real complexities of love—communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, repeated patterns, and the quiet fear of losing oneself in relationship.
Whether you’re seeking to deepen an existing partnership, heal relational wounds, or reconnect with who you are in love, I offer a space where honesty is welcomed, vulnerability is supported, and self-expression becomes a path to genuine connection.
My Journey
My path into this work has been anything but linear.
Born in England and raised across cultures, I developed an early sensitivity to human dynamics—how people connect, adapt, protect themselves, and long to belong.
That curiosity eventually led me into decades of study and practice in education, neuroscience, psychology, creativity, and wisdom traditions that explore how we love, attach, and grow.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent many years in education. While meaningful, I often felt constrained by systems that left little room for depth, nuance, or the full complexity of human experience. Those tensions—both personal and professional—became invitations to question the rules I had inherited about love, success, and relationship.
Over time, I began to redefine what it means to engage—both in my own relationships and in how I support others.
I came to see relationships not as problems to solve, but as living systems—ecosystems that require attention, skill, creativity, and care. When tended well, they don’t just function. They thrive.
My approach
My philosophy is both grounded and transformative:
To create the relationships we truly want, we must become more fully aligned with ourselves.
That means learning how to:
stay connected without abandoning your truth
- recognize and interrupt old relational patterns
- regulate the nervous system in moments of closeness and conflict
- communicate with clarity and care
- stay connected without abandoning your truth
I guide individuals and couples through a developmental process I call:
Growing Down — rooting into self-awareness, values, and embodied truth
Growing Up — building emotional resilience, relational skill, and capacity
Growing Together — cultivating intimacy that honors both individuality and partnership
My work integrates education, personalized coaching, expressive arts, and immersive retreats. Creativity, reflection, movement, and deep inquiry are not add-ons here—they are essential tools for helping relationships evolve in sustainable ways.
Why This Work Matters
We live in a culture that often treats relationships as transactional, rushed, or disposable.
But I believe something else is possible.
I believe relationships can be places of restoration rather than depletion.
That love can be practiced with intention and skill.
And that intimacy—when approached with care—can become a source of vitality, meaning, and growth.
My mission is to help people move beyond fear-based patterns and into relationships that are grounded, courageous, deeply nourishing, and built to last.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible—within yourself and in your relationships—I invite you to begin.
Where courage meets clarity, your path to unbreakable love.
With love and clear intent,
