My love letter

Dear YOU.

I am so grateful that you found your way to me.  Each and every one of you makes my heart sing, so I know I am aligned with my Right Livelihood.  You are open, warm, willing to take risks, funny, spiritual, bright, articulate, caring, creative and longing to step into the life you were born to live.

You beat yourself up trying to fit into the life you’ve carved out.  Your loyalty is legendary.  You work really hard every day trying to keep all the commitments in your life.  You have a deep spiritual yearning.  You get overwhelmed with where to start, what to do, how to keep going.  You know there has to be more.

You have lost sight on how great you already are.

I want you to know that what you believe to be ordinary about yourself, I see as Genius.  If only you could see yourself through my eyes, you would stop the inner battle and step into your own light – shining it shamelessly into the world.

In the meantime, use our time together to remember who you really are and, pretty soon, it will stick:  You see your own beauty, embrace yourself and realize that you really are good enough.

Thank you for finding your way to me.  I’m learning just as much from you as you are learning from me.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to teach you what I have always most needed to learn.

  1. Joelle, I really need to see the genius in me. I am waning. 🙁

WOW! I never thought of that! With my life these days, I get so beaten up that I’m so different. Instead of hearing…WOW…you are a miracle, Or look what you’ve done…you should be really proud! I hear how awful I am, SO VERY awful from my Ex and parents, my lawyer. With my kids gone from me and NO contact with them, restraining order…cause I’m a danger to them, life is very hard. Though my youngest boy received the Leadership Award and silver honor role when graduating 8th grade! AND I’m a bad parent, so much so that I have a court order with no contact with my boys AND supervised visitation less than 24 hours a month! With all that going on…it’s VERY HARD to write a love letter to myself! BUT I LOVE THE IDEA!

My love… You are amazingly brilliant! How else do you think we would have found one another? Ride this wave, you know another much larger is on it’s way to send you even higher. xoxo Joëlle
