Have a Burning Desire? DO IT, AFRAID

That wasn’t always the case.  I used to be shy, awkward, a loner and felt like I just didn’t fit it.

especially love hanging around people who are making things happen while still living life on their own terms. From ambitious momtrepreneurs starting businesses out of their kitchens to women who run multi-million dollar businesses, they all share a common thread: the ability to DO IT, AFRAID.

In fact, this common thread is the inner mindset “skill” that defines and separates those who are really successful from those who keep struggling to move toward their goals.

I have good news and bad news.

The good news? The ability to DO IT, AFRAID is a skill anyone can develop.

The bad news? Most of us find fear debilitating and paralysing and have learned to cope with it in ways that will hinder our ability to make progress

The majority of women either think fear means “Forget about it.  I’m outta here,” or it’s a sign they’re on the wrong path so they stop and return to what feels safe and comfortable. Either way, they give up on themselves.  It’s a nasty, painful, and misguided pattern.

Sometimes you just have to DO IT, AFRAID.  Even when you’d like to hold back.

I’ve spent this year doing a lot of things, Afraid.  My biggest challenge?  Stepping on a bathroom scale – admitting that I’d let my fears and grief run amuck and that I’d been using junk food and wine (all sources of sugar) to numb my feelings.

This is the thing.  When you DO IT, AFRAID amazing, mind-blowing stuff happens!

For me?

A body and health RECLAMATION.

    I’ve been doing Nutrimeals and USANA supplements+the Sense products for years! You look great and I bet you feel great as well! I don’t think you can look great if you don’t feel great! With as much garbage as I deal with on a weekly basis, I believe you have to take care of yourself 1st! THEN you can help others. I’m OVER 50 and look and feel great and it shows, for sure! I LOVE telling people I’m about 2 to 3 years older than I really am! I never get tired of hearing…”GEE you look great!” Then when they hear your age…well, it’s priceless!YES allot of my things are done outta PURE fear! BUT the payoff is THAT MUCH BETTER! PLUS if you feel good about yourself, I find it’s allot easier to do things that scare you…for sure!
