Five Tips For Reclaiming Your Health

Doing new things can be scary.

Whether you are re-committing to your health, getting transparent with your finances, changing jobs or starting a new business, entering the unknown often triggers an avalanche of self-doubt and self-sabotage.

Your mind may say you’re too far gone, it’s too late, you’re don’t have the willpower, or you don’t believe you have what it takes to be a success at your intended goal.  (In my case, Health.)

If you take the time to unpack that bag of doubtful thoughts, they all boil down to the same fear:  “I’m not good enough.”

Do these kinds of thoughts ever stop you?  They did me – for a long time – until recently.

When I took a close look at how my life was unfolding, I recognized that all I needed to do was to tweak a few little things in order to change the b.s. so I could keep moving toward my goals.  But I had to prioritize.  I had to put Health first.

If you have hopped on the INGE (I’m not good enough) Train, you’re going to love today’s post.  You’ll learn how to make the shifts you need to cure the INGE’s once and for all.

Don’t let the simplicity of these tools fool you.

Training yourself to and re-engaging in the task of your health is the secret to breaking the self-doubt pattern once and for all.  When you put your health above all, everything else falls into place.

If you wish to take the Health Cruise with me, I’m beginning a HottieBody Group Coaching program this month.

Thanks Joelle!! I love the beautiful video- clear, concise and smart. I love the tip about laying one’s clothes out. I agree that it removes a lot of resistance in the morning. I don’t know where to begin with 1 & 2 though!

Start making a commitment in your head. Set the alarm. Go to library, get great book. Tell family about your plans – so they can support you. Move your wind down routine a half an hour back. Stand firm. Fall off the horse. Get back on. Do it again.

I did warn you. These tools are simple. I didn’t say they were easy. This is where we mostly fall apart. They are easy to do, and just as easy NOT to do. What are the results that you want? Be unwavering in your desire and align your actions with them….

This is at the moment such an issue around me! So many of my friends are struggling with their health. I will share your blog.

Thank you. Edmée! It is for so many of us. This is why I’m making my journey transparent, sharing what I’m learning. It is my desire to help as many women as I can help themselves.
